The registration fee includes notes, coffee breaks, lunches, and welcome reception. Students should enclose a letter confirming their status signed by their supervisors.

 

NOTE: The 2^nd of July will be intercalated with another symposium that INEB is organizing: “SICR-The First Symposium on Immunomodulation in Cancer and Regeneration”. Summer School full course participants are invited to participate in this Symposium free of charge. Participation requires however registration. ECTS
The University of Porto has designated this Summer School as a Continuing Educational Activity, with equivalence to 2 credits, according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). In order to get them ascribed to you, you have to mention your interest when registering or by email.

To claim the 2 credits, it is mandatory to:
i) Attend the full program of the course (i.e., lab sessions, lectures and poster sessions), signing the respective attendance sheet;
ii) Present a poster communication and a 2 min speed-talk;

The students will have 2 min to make a brief presentation “elevator pitch”-like, before the respective poster session. The idea is to gain training in publicizing the data presented in the poster and yourself. Participants interested in receiving an ECTS certificate should fill in a Declaration of Interest at the Secretariat of the Symposium until June 20^th 2015, and bring a copy of the identity card/passport and a copy of the certificate of the higher education degree.
