POSTER PRESENTATION
We encourage all participants to prepare a poster with their most recent data, to be presented at the course Poster session. We expect to stimulate lively discussions and exchange of ideas between participants and speakers.

The poster sessions will include elevator pitch presentations where students can present a summary of their poster. Students can make use of 1 slide ONLY or a whiteboard to draw as a visual support, or just present orally, without computer support, in 2 min.
A poster prize will be given to the best poster being presented at this Summer School.

 

THE DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION WILL BE 31^st MAY 2015
The authors should follow the layout format of the template available on the web site. The template is prepared in MS-word and can be downloaded: ABSTRACT TEMPLATE [DOWNLOAD].

POSTER GUIDELINES
1. The poster panels will be 0.9 m wide by 1.18 m high. Your poster should not exceed these measures.
2. Posters should be mounted on the first day of lectures (June 29th) and should be removed on the 1st July afternoon.
3. Include the title of presentation, the names of authors and the institution where the work was performed at the top of the poster.
4. You may use graphics, tables or photographs when necessary to substantiate results; however large tables of results should be avoided.
5. Each poster session will include elevator pitch presentations where students can present a summary of their poster in less than 2 min, without computer support
